University of Delaware faculty members preparing for the spring semester are invited to a drop-in to a syllabus clinic supported by colleagues from Academic Technology Services (ATS) and the Center for Teaching and Assessment of Learning (CTAL).

CTAL representatives will assist faculty members in enhancing what a syllabus communicates about course expectations to students. Colleagues will provide suggestions about syllabus statements and organization that enhance equity, inclusion, and learning. ATS staff will support faculty members’ effective use of either learning management system, Canvas or Sakai.

Faculty members can stop by Faculty Commons, 116 Pearson Hall to chat over refreshments and check out the resources. No appointment is needed.

For additional information on syllabus resources, see the CTAL website. http://ctal.udel.edu/enhancing-teaching/course-design/
