While the galleries on campus are closed this semester, you can still access the unique materials from the UD Library, Museums and Press’ collections virtually!
If you’re looking for material to support and strengthen your teaching (or just a dose of culture from the comfort of your couch), turn to the online exhibitions from Special Collections and Museums. There, you’ll find nearly 200 exhibitions from the past 25 years, complete with images, videos, audio files and other media. You can search and sort these exhibitions to easily find topics of interest. Recent exhibitions highlight political campaign ephemera, artist J.M. Whistler, art and civil rights, contemporary Cuban posters, women’s suffrage and more.
Especially during the current remote learning environment, these online exhibitions can serve as excellent instructional tools for fostering student engagement with primary resources.
Feel free to contact Special Collections and Museums for assistance or further information about the exhibitions.
